Operation

- Requires 4 AAA batteries (not included)

- Turn ON and select the meat type press

- To select cooked preference press the TASTE button

- Insert the probe into the meat and start cooking. When cooked the alarm will sound.

- Walk up to 100 feet away with the hand unit and you can continue to monitor the temperature of your cooking.
